I hate waking up to news like this.Seth Fisher, artist on works like Green Lantern: Willworld, Vertigo Pop!: Tokyo and Fantastic Four / Iron Man: Big In Japan (which wrapped up yesterday,) died yesterday, according to this post by JH Williams on Barbelith.
Fisher's art immediately caught my eye when it was on the comic shelf and while it wore the influences of Moebius and Escher proudly, Fisher was most assuredly using his imagination and doing his own thing.
I'm sorry to see such a vital talent leave us so quickly. He will be missed.
