NYCC 08 Wrapup
Thanks To:
Ross, Nelson (I feel weird calling you Mike), Mosher (pronounced Mozher, not Mosh-er), and Mark at BOOM! for reminding me why I like them enough to not actually wander the floor or go to panels (where I'd probably snap and strangle a Spoiler fan for asking, yet again, something about her coming back in a regular series) and to Birdie, John (+ Bully), and Randi for being my bestest con pals evah. (At least until San Diego, when I pay those three monkeys to follow me.)
Hello To:
Gina FirstSecond, Andy Khouri, McKelvie, Jonah, Augie, Dave, Zak, Jeff (whose camera I broke,) Matt from Comicopia (who needs to get in touch with me about the site), Johanna Draper Carlson, Tom Spurgeon, Jenny from Diamond, Chris Butcher (who I caught as I was leaving), Tim, Laura (who I saw for far, far, far too little time) and everyone who came up and said they liked the blog and/or the comics.
Special Super Hello To:
J Dee and Brigid for making the train ride home a lot more enjoyable. We will have to do that thing with the people.
What I Bought:
Rian Hughes's Yesterday's Tomorrows from Knockabout; the hardcover edition of The Incredible Change-Bots along with Yearbook Stories: 1976-1978 and the collection of The Surrogates from Top Shelf; and the Days of Future Present trade paperback from don't give me that look.
