   When I was a little tyke I once had a nightmare about being chased by a disembodied floating head which I referred to as “the big head”.

   Worse, i believe it was the head of Maria from Sesame Street.

   Irony: My own head is rather large.

    the background looks oddly similar to that San Fernando Valley apartment complex where they filmed several episodes….I’m thinking specifically of the one (forgive me for not remembering the title) where Kirk’s brother dies and Spock is attacked by the flying plastic vomit….
