Javascript programmer Mr Doob’s tribute to the iconic Peter Saville cover for Joy Division’s Unknown Pleasures uses the band’s “Disorder” to recreate the radio astronomy image that graced record shops and the bedroom walls of sullen teenagers around the world. (Including my own.)
I didn’t consciously listen to Joy Division until my twenties. Does that make me a mutant?
