500 issues. All the various publishers. Right here.
Fuck yes, my nerd heart beats fast for this.

A single box that renders a good third of my entire comic collection moot.
Ooooooooh.
Hmm… at 10 cents an issue it still seems a little pricey.
GodDAMNit. I don’t even really like Star Trek all that much, and I totally want this. GodDAMNit!
Does it contain that one issue where McCoy ribs Spock?
I know that was a joke, but darn it, now I’m all wistful about DeForest Kelley. I think he COULD cure a rainy day.
Wow. I’ve been trying to track these down for two years.
Damn. I’ve never read many Star Trek comics, but even I kinda want this now. But how complete is complete? I’m assuming it doesn’t have the recent IDW books or the Trek manga, but does it have all of the peripheral Trek books Marvel put out in the 90s (the non-TOS or TNG ones like Starfleet Academy or the one about Captain Pike), or the X-Men crossovers (which are not good, technically speaking, but weirdly fun)?
I helped compile the materials for this CD set, so I can answer Bill’s question: It contains every single issue, including some true rarities, from Gold Key, Marvel, DC, Peter Pan Records, Malibu, Wildstorm and Marvel’s Paramount Comics imprint, except for the two Star Trek/X-men issues, which were excluded due to copyright problems. We wanted to include the L.A. Times newspaper strips, the British comic strips and the McDonald’s Happy Meal comic strips, but weren’t able to get clearance in time–hopefully, those will appear in a later set. IDW and Tokypop are also not included, as those lines are still continuing, but could be included in a later set as well.
I’m almost afraid to know the answer to this: Do they include the letters columns?
Hey Rich (from the above comment), I can’t seem to get the scan pack you put together of the L.A. Times comics, your site seems to no longer exist. Is this because of those strips possibly being put out later?
Hi, Augie…yes. Yes, they do. You’re all over this baby.
Tom: Sorry about that. I had to take the site down because I no longer had the time to create the CDs.
Rich: Well poop. Guess I’ll wait for the next disc (but will it be a superset of this one or will it be all new?)
