   I remember reading something a long time ago, maybe in a Pleistocene-era Bullpen Bulletin, that Bill Sienkiewicz wore that suit for public appearances and the like sporadically through the eighties. I think there was a cute little story about trying to figure out who was wearing it, and then finding an “autograph” for a kid that said “Spieder-Man.” Which I’ve always thought was a cute touch, if phoney as baloney.
